Q: I ordered my fly box, but have not received it yet. When can I expect my box?
A: If you subscribed for our monthly boxes we ship your bundle of fish candy on the 23rd of each month. If you placed your order by the 20th of the month, you will get that month’s box. If you placed your order after the 20th of the month, you will get the next month’s box.
A: If you are just testing the waters with the one time box, or just want some sweet Fatties merch, please allow three days for us to process the order and ship. You will typically receive your order within 7 business days. Feel free to shoot us an email if we need to make special arrangements.
Q: Can I switch my subscription type?
A: Of course you can! Switching your box is easy by signing into your account page at FattiesOnTheFly.com. You will see your new box type after your next renewal.
Q: How and when can I cancel?
A: You can purchase a one time box, or if you signed up for a monthly subscription but money is tight, sign on to your account and cancel. You can cancel at any time once your first box has been ordered.
Q: Can I skip a renewal or pause my account?
A: Yes! Have too many flies and not enough box? Need to watch your cash because it’s tax time? No biggie, we get it. Simply log on to your account and make the necessary changes.
Q: When do you charge me each month?
A: Your credit card (or Paypal account) will be charged on the day of the month you placed your order. 3, 6 and 12-month plans renew on the appropriate anniversary date.
Q: If I change my subscription type, will I get charged again?
A: No, your subscription will continue and you will be charged on the day of the month you placed your order until you cancel.
Q: Is your website secure?
A: Yes, we maintain the highest level of security and store no credit card information on our servers.
Q: Do you accept American Express?
A: No.
